What this website collects
We use Google Analytics to count visits and which buttons are tapped (for example, Call or Text). Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits. It does not receive your name, phone number or anything you type. Google's advertising features and Google Signals are turned off, and data is kept for 14 months. Like most websites, our web host also keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.
Our online forms
Our Apply and Work with us forms are Google Forms on our agency's Google Workspace account. We ask for your name, phone, county, language and the best time to call. Optional questions ask for an email address, whether you are the person who needs care or a family member, how you heard about us and, for jobs, your experience and availability.
Please do not include medical information, your Social Security number or your date of birth. We talk about those by phone.
Calls and texts
When you call or text us, our phone and text services carry your message to our staff. Please do not send medical details by text. We will call you.
Who sees your information
Only the staff who answer inquiries: our staff who take service requests and our staff who handle hiring. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that run these services for us (such as Google) or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form responses for 12 months. If you become a client or an employee, your information becomes part of your client or employee record, which we keep as the law requires.
Your health information
If you become a client, you will receive our Notice of Privacy Practices. It explains how we use and protect your health information and what your rights are.
