About Heavenly Care PHC Services
Personal attendant services at home in South Texas since 2009.
Who we are
Heavenly Care PHC Services (Heaven Sent Services, LLC) is a home care agency. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) licenses us to provide personal assistance services. We have held this license since 2009.
Our attendants help people of all ages with everyday personal care and housework in their own homes.

Our highest priority is the safety and well-being of our clients and their loved ones.
Our team
- Our staff have over 100 years of combined experience in long-term care programs.
- Our PAS supervisors help each family get started. They also support clients and attendants.
- On-call staff for clients and attendants are available 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. It is not an emergency line: in an emergency, call 911.
- We speak Spanish and English, and free interpreters are available for other languages.
Our office
Since January 2023, our office has been at 4842 S Jackson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We serve 47 counties in South Texas, from the Rio Grande Valley and Laredo to Corpus Christi, San Antonio and Del Rio. See our service area.
Programs and health plans
We provide care through PAS / Primary Home Care, Community Attendant Services, Family Care, Community First Choice, STAR+PLUS (including STAR+PLUS HCBS), STAR Kids and PCS. See our programs. We are contracted with HHSC, TMHP and the health plans Driscoll, Molina, Superior, UnitedHealthcare and Wellpoint. For people without Medicaid or a health plan, we offer private pay.
