Heavenly Care PHC Services is growing! We have launched a new, easy-to-use website in English and Spanish to better serve older adults, adults with disabilities, and children and young adults (20 and under) across South Texas.

For our clients and families
- Services are available 7 days a week. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On-call staff for clients and attendants are available 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. It is not an emergency line: in an emergency, call 911.
- For your security, official calls and texts about your care come only from our office: (956) 720-4490 or (956) 720-0295. If anyone else contacts you about your services, call us directly.
- You always have the right to choose your agency. No one can transfer your services without your consent. If you think you were moved without your approval, call us right away.
